Just communicated this to John, and he is currently on his way to Germany with the Race Team. He says he hasnt had email for a while, and will look into it when he returns on Tuesday next week.

Sorry for the delay in responding Duncan, things are very hectic at work with me away a lot at the moment or working long hours getting ready, on top of which i have had problems with my mail which i am trying to resolve, so am less up to date than usual.

I did send out a DVD a while ago when you PM'd me but that must have not arived, so you are more than entitled to be upset about that, i can only apologise.

I'll send a copy recorded delivery in the morning so you should have it thursday, i'll also refund your money as you have waited too long. I am also shutting down the purchase option on my website for the DVD as i dont have the spare time to give a good service on future orders that might trickle in, especially with my mail being problematic.

Sorry for the delays and inconvenience.

Here's one for you John. After ordering and PAYING for my DVD on 3rd April I have failed to receive it. Despite many e-mails to you asking for you to explain the situation I have not even been shown the curtesy of a reply.
Perhaps on reading this you may do me the honour of sending it. It was intented as a birthday present in May. Let's hope I get it in time for next year.

Sorry Nigel, as i mentioned earlier my email is up the spout and i havnt recieved any notifications/mails for a while. I havnt looked at my paypal acount for a long time and havn't publicised the DVD so wasnt expecting any sales.

Work has taken over all my time in the last year, which has left no time for anything else, including sorting out my email, the DVD sales have been overlooked due to this.

I'll be checking my paypal account in a moment and refunding you and anyone else who's orders i will have missed recently.
