Rolling road graphs
Here's the result of my rolling road. Apart from the crappy bhp does everything else look ok ?? I'm not sure about the little curve on the PSI/AFR graph? What is it??

The little line is your AFR or air fuel mixture
11:1 off boost dropping to less than 10:1 on boost.
You'll have to ask someone else if that's lean or rich cos all I know is lambda volts
Boost curve looks fine 1.0 BAR tailing off at the top is pretty normal.
Although the power and torque curves start taking a dive at 4800 it's in conjunction with the boost trailing away, so again pretty normal.

Better to use these things as bog paper ............ they would be more accurate then!
There are just too many variables to make a Rolling Road Day anything more than a get-together for geeks ...... for a few hours they actually look like they have some friends

More likely wheel power on one and flywheel power on the other.

Assuming the graphs are indicative you are grossly over fueling and a good 30-35 bhp down on power which is not suprising given the scenario. Boost profile a touch low for a PPP but typical of a rolling road which loads differently to the road.
that fueling is well out the flat power curve above 5400 is directly caused by that.

Thanks Bob,
I thought i was going mad being paranoid about the lack of power. I've just been doing some searches for how much boost i should be running etc etc. Does the prodrive pack still come with the brass restrictor? Also, the little pipes from the turbo to t piece etc, the one that comes from the t piece to the boost solenoid has a little plastic joint piece in it. Is this right, i would assume that the pipes should be straight through with no restrictions (apart from the brass one)

Whilst rolling roads may not be the most accurate devices for measuring power and torque, because as you say they are so many variables, they are however superb devices for diagnostic purposes. As is being demonstrated here! Much easier to do a wide open throttle run in 4th / 5th gear on a rolling road than it is on the public highway. The whole process can easily be repeated many times until the problem is tracked down.

This is mine from TEG.
Don't understand the lines and whats at the bottom of the print out, but my car was hitting fuel cut/overboosting on full power run so this is from the first run.
Hope it helps in any way.
