im from america, coming to london in aug!
just wanted to let you guys know im coming to london in mid august. would like to come check out the subies and what not. dunno really what there is to do over there in the uk :P what do you guys suggest? someone from the nasioc.com subaru forums told me to come here and tell you guys i was coming haha.

Most of London in August is touristed out so get on a tourist bus for a day, see all the things you have heard of then get out of the city. Most people who leave the UK miss (after decent tea of course) the 'countryside'. It is unlike any other country I've ever been to for peace, sounds and sheer verdance. You also have a fighting chance of seeing a scooby out there as they are few and far between in London.

A couple of years ago there was a guy over from the US and we organised to collect him and took him to a large Scooby meet in Essex (50+ scoobs).
Then all convoyed back to his hotel in Central London to drop him off!
He loved it....not so sure his Mrs was too impressed though!

true, see the sights, then get out of london to see the better sights, including scoobs.There are usually some form of meets going on all around the home counties (that is the bits outside london )
like the idea of escorting the guy back to his hotel..imagine a convoy of scoobs turning up to a swanky london hotle and asking for valet parking

frayz! lovin the car, the pink emblem is hawt! and and and the headlights are nice too! my car is really shiny cause i took a picture after i detailed my car (by hand for 6 hours -_-) you all sound like a bunch of nice people, hope i can meet you guys when i come
