Default 1/4 mile times

Does anyone find that they get constitently better results at different tracks?

I know atmospheric/weather conditions will vary as well as the launch areas but also do lesser known tracks have less accurate timing gear etc, for instance at elvington top speeds were given in full units of mph (the pod has it to 2 decimal places), and similarly ET was 2dp (3 at the pod)
