IS IT TRUE???
Hello chaps, i have just been told a Legacy twin turbo (1995) rs runs 280bhp as standard? is this true or am i being told porkys

Assuming it's a manual gearbox, could be either 280 or 260bhp - not sure on the RS model specs.
I have a 97 manual GTB and it is 280bhp - recorded 277bhp just over a year ago. www.uklegacy.com is the place for these.
