By the looks of it it's just an earthing kit/voltage stabilization module. Plenty of manufacturers out there make something similar. HKS do their 'circle earth' system, Buddy Club do their 'Racing Spec Condenser' etc etc. They are supposed to improve electrical effiiciency of your cars system.
