Default Parts for Wheels ?

I have a set of 18" Ultralite 941 Alloys (as below) and want to get them re-painted in a different colour. The problem is they have those little chrome plastic press studs round each rim (the ones that are supposed to give the split rim effect) which will melt in the oven!!

Anybody know of an easy way to remove them or preferably anywhere that i can buy a new set of press studs from ? I have spoken to Japshop and they reckon it would take 3 months to order them which is a bit pants .... as they are the main supplier ??!!!

Any help would be much appreciated
