95 WRX urgent help car not turning over
ok just had head gaskets done and major sevice ......hooked everything up and car wont fire up .... it getting fuel and all tht and it cant be the immobolizer as it wouldnt turn over if it was on
the cars been standin for 3 weeks in a garage and have been trying to start it for 2 days trying everything
any ideas

defining the problem would help!! 
if it wont turn over, how can it fire up???
take out the plugs connect a fresh battery and crank it, if the engine turns over, it aint siezed! if it dosnt turn over, then your starter moter could be kaput, or the engine is siezed, head gaskets replaced, valve timing incorrect??
failing the absense of a freshly charged battery, put it in neutral, put a suitable socket on the front crankshaft pulley bolt,and see if you can turn it over manually
