Sound Levels at Track Days
Hi All
Just wondering why we have sound restrications for track days? Does F1 and Rally cars also have sound restrictions?
Just seems a bit of a contridiction, fast quiet cars. Half the fun is hearing a car on full attack.

I agree with you mate - but the problem is the local residents don't share our enthusiasm for the noise - and they complain to their local councils and hence we have noise restrictions at circuits now..
