Personally i think its down to where you advertise it. If it was on here everybody knows their stuff and i would seriously consider it to be a fair price of £3k - £3.5k. However advertising in autotrader may prove more cost effective, you have proof of 260BHP which would attract a lot of people considering buying thier first scooby. Its also a very nice example and very clean of an 11 year old car which shows its been looked after along the line. Mines a yr older, paid £2700 for it and is in fairly similar condition. I would consider losing the decals though, carefully using a jet wash to do so. It's not that the car doesn't look bad with them, just most people like to buy blank canvasses. Tax it as well.
I'm also glad to hear you have 266BHP from just a Backbox and Z4. Mines standard except an HKS backbox, Z4 wrapped up waiting for my birthday next week.

Obviously It depends where you live really, in the south-east cars tend to demand more money..
You can try for big money £3-4k but you'll be hard pushed to find someone willing to part with that sort of cash for such an old car.
I agree with the comments above, loose the graphics! Might be also worth keeping the wheels and fitting some boggo ones, you'll get a much better return selling them seperately and it wont effect the price of the car very much.
Infact as with anything you are better off completely putting the car back to standard and selling the bits seperately.

£2-2.5k is most realistic I would think.
Looks like a tidy one, so with lots of bills for major items and a FSH you might get a little more, maybe nearer the £3k mark.

I got £4.5k for my green P plater about 6 months ago, it did have a facelift front end, morettes, colour coded etc.. But the paintwork could have been better. It wasnt terrible but it wasnt great either. Ive been looking to replace it (have now) and around here i reckon its a £4k car.
