K&N induction kit, definitely. Much louder than playing with the down pipe, and much cheaper. For best effect, change both
For fitting, see my handy guide

Or a cheaper way whilst saving for your induction kit is to remove the resonator
Justin
Oh and it won't be just the turbo noises you'll hear....wastegate flutter a plenty

Scoby - the downpipe gives a lovely whistle as others have already said. I have also just had KnN induction fitted, now get whistle and huge (and I mean HUGE) whoosh of air intake (sounds like 10 dump valves)
Fast Bloke & Chiark - having fitted the KnN stuff, feels like the car takes half a second or so to pick up, do you have to alter the fuel going in to compensate for the extra air?? I don't know if I am imagining this, I did disconnect the ecu for about 1.5 hours after fitting the KnN. It did get better after the ecu reset. any help on this would be appreciated.
thanks
