Default How to identify which turbo.

How can I tell what turbo I've got on my car, without having to strip it off the car?
WRX 95 Wagon
I know that it should be a TD04, but how can I tell???

Size; the TD04 is tiny compared to the TD05.

Look at the compressor cover, on the flat section of the front on the bottom left (if looking from front of the car) it will have TD05 or TD04 stamped on it.

In terms of size, to save the 04 is tiny to a standard 05 is way over the top. Not a huge difference if you haven't got them side by side, and even then it's not great..... as can be seen by the compressor cover pics on the link above.

Tony.
