Joey, still employing normal levels of tact and diplomacy then!
I will be using Cheam as they are more convient to get to in the week, being that I work down the road from them!
Top blokes there, Alex

I used B&C in Horsley - having purchased one of the most expensive cars in the shop, they treat me like a ****.
Cheam will always get my custom - the service is great (just had the 30k done) - their parts man is excellent (Jim), and they love Scoobies.

Couldn't agree more - I've been singing Cheam's praises since I bought my car from them last year. Top bunch of blokes - very helpfull and they won't rip you off. Speak to Jim for parts, Andy for servicing and John for sales. Details at www.cheammotors.co.uk
Alex - where are you working then? You're in my neck of woods now!
Cheers

jimbob2,
Exactly the same treatment as I got from them. Salesman seems quite happy letting me spend £21,309 with them for my Impreza but after that the service department treated me like something they found on the bottom of their shoe. Anything to do with the fact that I was 26 and wearing jeans and t shirt?? Didn't notice the guy in a suit picking up his Lotus Elise getting the same treatment. Every time I went to B&C I got the impression they were doing me a favour even letting me have my car serviced there. I accidentally asked if I could have a courtesy car once, you would have thought I had asked if I could have slept with his wife by his reaction. They also managed to "accidentally" over charge me but that is another story.
Maybe my money just wasn't good enough for them?? Cheam Motors seem quite happy to take it though.
So now myself, jimbob2 and DrEvil don't go there anymore which must mean nearly £1500 a year they are losing in servicing. Excellent!!!

"Salesman seems quite happy letting me spend £21,309 with them"
"service department treated me like something they found on the bottom of their shoe"
"I got the impression they were doing me a favour even letting me have my car serviced there".
"managed to "accidentally" over charge me"
Oh so it wasn't just me then
Have never returned to B&C since my 7,500 service for the same reasons listed above. Cheam get my vote for dealer servicing even though Andy looks a bit like a shirt lifter But now my warranty has expired, the world is my oyster
