Unhappy

Driving down the motorway at the weekend, when suddenly there is a big bang.

Looked like a brick or something had flicked off the road, and not only put a big chip im my windscreen, but a 1/2 inch long scratch in my bonnet.

I am not to fussed about the screen, but the scratch is down to the metal !!. Also the metal is scratched.

At first I wasnt too fussed, as I thought one call to chips away, would sort it all out. Much to my horror, I phoned them, and they told me that dont do bonnets !!! They wouldnt even look at it !!
Something to do with the area size.

So now I am a bit pi55ed of, as the car is only three weeks old, and it looks like I need a full respray !!

Any one out there got any other suggestions ??

Thanks in advance,

Olly.

Maybe you should speak direct to your local chipsaway guy. A friend of mine scratched the bonnet of his Honda Civic (metallic blue) by dropping a housebrick along it. The guy came over and fixed it for £75, fantastic job.

Open the yellow pages then and find a company that does spray jobs for cars. There are loads of them out there, not just "Chips Away".
