Default Paintfree dent removal

Anybody know a good dent remover in Rochdale area.
I have a small dent on front edge of bonnet from the kids bike handlbars!!
No broken paint or scratch, just a small dent which i hope can be removed without needing respray afterwards.
Cannot access from behind unfortunately and I think the bonnet is aluminium.
Help appreciated if you can point me in the right direction.
Thankyou.

Yes its behind the reinforcing structure at the front edge unfortunately.
Someone told me about a method whereby they heat the panel and tap round the edge of the dent and it pops out.
Was hoping for something like that maybe.
Cant live with the dent there ,its bugging me.
Thanks for the replies.

I am thinking I may be best drilling a 2 cm access hole in the back of the bonnet ,to enable pushing out the dent .Sounds a bit drastic ,but better than respraying the whole bonnet. Then plug the hole with a plastic bung .
Not exactly a crucial stressed area so shouldnt cause any probs after that.
Anybody horrified about that ?
