HELLO
Just registered on here and wanted to say hi. Currently drive a LEON cupra R and looking to change for a scooby.
Had a drive yesterday in one and was impressed at the handling and comfort and how easy to drive in town and on major routes. It was an STi UK with PPP.
Took it to wifes work and she had a go and loved it also.
What was funny was that she said can we have the grey one which is another £2k...... she will pay the difference. Dont you just love petrol head women..

Nice one. You and your lady are in for some good times and BIG smiles.
Welcome to STi ownership (and massive fuel bills ).
I had to batter my wife into submission for weeks, to get an NewAge STi. She wanted a classic wagon. No real difference...

It was an 05 reg. Had some extras - mesh grills, ss sill covers, Pro-drive 18" alloys and has got the diff adjuster not sure if this is standard as the one I drove didn't have this.
Car is mint with only 3000 miles and is up for £19k is this a fair price? seems to be against valuations with the extra kit. Also do they have trip computers with fuel left in tank, mpg etc..
You are right it is easy with a petrol head wife she has had some nice cars in her time..
