well on my Bug STi modded to within those figures using optimax i see approx 200miles to a tank, with brisk driving. That can go down to 130-140ish miles per tank when its fully opened up though

I switched from a PPP TD04 wagon doing 24 mpg up to a VF35 doing IRO 330 bhp which does average of 28 mpg.
Short cross country journeys eat up fuel though.

400 Bhp sti 7, I get around 13 MPG around town, doesn't really seem to bother me too much
I've recently given up smoking, so this is my only vice now
On the motorway I imagine it's much better, as I can do 100 in 6th off Boost, but I rarely ever get out of town
What can you do ?

that is the bottom line . 2litre turbo producing 340-50 bhp isn't going to return a decent mpg, but what it doesn't do for the wallet it makes up for in other areas

I haven't really worked out the figures properly but I would say my STI uses less fuel after a Richard Bulmer remap than it used when it was PPP'd
