Im thinking about getting a Scoob from there when i come to buy one, so i'd be interested to know if anyone has any experience?

Hi
Not sure on you abilities or how much you know about scoobs but i am assuming not much
Just some friendly advice
Unless you know what you are looking at, understand the Jap car ratings and how to sva a car then it may be a bit daunting, scoobs are not particularly problematiuc or even complicated but do can cost £££'s to ifx if you buy a pup. A Jap import may require a remap for UK fuel for instance or running on octane booster.

My point wasnt noticed though was it? The ****e sold at docks auctions is the dregs of the Japanese domestic auctions; low grade crap thats flicked and buffed up. Whether it has an E-SVA cert. is the least of your worries.

Simon,
Yes it was, i meant i'd only purchase a car that has had an SVA - what i neglected to state was one that'd been in regular UK use for a while, or one brought in by a decent importer.

Id look for a fresh import if I were you; from someone with a good name, where you can see the auction appraisal sheet. Look for a grade 4 car or possibly a grade 3.5, the odometer reading will be on the appraisal sheet.
