There's also been some discussion here. My local LPG expert told me that turbos and LPG don't mix, but others say that it's fine.

Has anybody any experience of converting an Impreza turbo for use on LPG.

I have looked through previous threads on subject and there seems to be a lot of contradictory info. But the balloon picture was quite amusing.
The price I have been Quoted is £1200+vat which based on my annual mileage of 30000
would mean pay back in 6 months.
So it would seem worthwhile however I still have my doubts.
Has anyone out there actually had it done?
