Sure you only get the "For Sale" banner if you purchase the right to advertise off SN's admin team.

if you go into control panel and then into edit options and scroll down you see this

hi,
the forsale banner is not to show you have something for sale.
it is to show that someone is authorised to post in for sale (like when the ESC have the banner, itis because they are a member of that group).
