Default I have had enough, I'm off

I have owned an 03 sti ppp for about 7 months now and have loved every minute of it, However, I have not loved every minute of posting on here! If you ask advice you get bombarded by crap, if you offer advice you get bombarded by crap, really is a no win situation, everyone seems to be on their high horse about something(speeding, insurance claim's etc), and others really cant accept that a standard of oil is of that standard reguardless of who makes it, or how much it cost's.
I have a life with 3 kids and a cracking wife, but i was being drawn into a state of sitting online waiting for people to comment/reply to my postings, that really is sad!, so i'm gone, i've had enough,
I do think that most of the problems on this forum stem from non scooby owners and folks who think they know more than they really do, for this reason I have decided to stop posting and to spend more time with my family, This may be good for some of you..... less so for others, but nobody would listen to the advice of a professional on here anyway, just ask mr Lewis!

GOOD BYE !

Shouldnt take it so personally bud this Forum is a laugh nothing more nothing less. If you need advice go to Techy thread the knowledgable ones are on there Pavlo, Andy F,Harvey to name a few. Just look at the threads on here mainly "owned" by PSLewis for Gods sake. Take it with a pinch of salt.

Surely there is enough civilised, level headed and general good eggs on here to warrant you to stay. You shouldn't take things personally, I know not everyone is as thick skinned as Pete Lewis (sorry Pete!) but take it all with a pinch of salt.

Not wishing to bore anyone but.........

Munchausens Syndrome

A disorder that is dangerous and can turn deadly if not recognised and treated. Munchausen syndrome was named after Baron Munchausen 1720 - 1797, he was well known for his dramatic untruthful stories he told. It is a psychological disorder in which an individual will go to great lengths to convince others that they are seriously ill. Munchausen syndrome falls into the category of a factitious disorder, this is where the patient fakes an illness and is typically a pathological liar. Patients who present with overt demonstrable symptoms but prove to have a factitious disease, such as Munchausen syndrome, are particularly challenging and fascinating.
