My missus drives mine often, but I don't worry - she's scared of it

She won't put her foot down and has probably never hit boost lol

Know what you mean. My wife is not a would be race driver. In fact the opposite.
Though, a few years ago she was in my golf vr6 that i had at the time.
Quite proudly told me how she had burned a cossie from the lights!

Now darling....

well,my missus was always telling me to chill, drive normal, take it easy, lecturing me on this n that, she went to pick her bag up from work, this is what she did, at about 15 mph too, too much gas, no skill !!!!!

the launch of the scoob is like no other, she wasnt used to "no wheelspin" !!!!

My wife drives my STi8 occasionally and I have no concerns. Sometimes I have to remind her she has her own car though

I'm pretty sure she drives it reasonably quickly especially if I'm not with her.

An STi 8 is easy to replace though, My dad is the only other person allowed behind the wheel of the RB without me in the car.

My wife drove my wrx bug but didn't like it because of the seats. Being a shorty (5ft) she felt her vision was restricted when looking over her shoulder. Due to this she has no interest in driving my new sti

My wife is from Spain and she 'learnt' to drive on our side of the road in my blob eye!!!! Hoooow many times did I have to grab the steering wheel cos she was going to mount the kerb???? Anyway after just a few trips it became so stressful for me that we bought her an Escort for £65 to 'learn' in instead.

It's car. She can drive - she has a licence. She's insured.

No issue.

As a female in a scoob as a main car, therefore out and about every day.... you do get a lot of grief from men tbh

It's not them driving it you need to worry about - but the silly "blonde" moments they have while they've got it...

My mum drove my dad's impreza into our car park, which is on a slope. She walked off without putting the handbrake on, and seconds later it had rolled backwards down the hill. It picked up enough speed to bump up on a kerb and crash through the wall at the bottom of the garden. The maddest part of all is that she got behind it and tried to stop it as it was rolling backwards - she's only 5ft tall!

She's insured on my impreza now too....but will never drive it.

Bri

P.S. I'm not a sexist, just a sceptic

My wife uses it for work everyday, as she only works local its more economical. I work in construction and I am always full of mud dust so its better she has it. And she loves the power of it

Mine drives the scoob too.
Shes a paramedic and was a good driver before she became one anyway so i don't mind. I know she gives it some but I have been with her in the car when she does and never felt on edge.
She reports lots of strange looks and behavior from blokes when they see her driving it too.

absolutely no chance on this earth

i washed, polished, pampered my car and she wanted to drive it. "ok i said dont go far" off she went, me smiling nervously, for her to return 2 mins later and off she went into the house. i continued to pamper the cat to notice the clumsy cow had kerbed it " htf have you done that " i screamed " i havent done that she claimed. lesson learnt. dont do it! apart from that a 12 yr old could threaten her for the keys and she would hand them over. just not worth it.

I was going to ask how she kerb'd the cat... dont think the rspca would approve

My sister once took it out while I was away (insured and all) and commented on how well it handled when I got back.... I struggled to keep quiet that day

Wifey drives mine, and enjoys it.
It's only a car after all, as long as she is ok that's all that matters
