Im interested in a couple of Impreza's and I wondered what you guys would say are sensible valuations for them.

The first one is a 1999'V' Uk Impreza Turbo 2000,Dark mica blue with full leather interior,94k miles with full service history,good condition,totally standard apart from Induction kit ??

The second one is a 1995'M' Impreza WRX,Red,59k miles with full API engine rebuild around 10k miles ago,Tein coilovers,full stainless exhaust,Power engineering Z4 chip,greedy boost controller,samco turbo and water hoses,K+N filter,289bhp 270ib/ft,face lift front end with morrette headlights,Jun lip splitter,22B rear spoiler,boost and temp gauges,momo steering wheel,turbo timer,tracker,alarm ??

2. £2500 .... I'd steer well clear of this one (Import + Modded to hell - needing a re-build at 49k Miles?? THRASHED to BUGGERY!!!)

Number 1 has to be the one to go for, pity the miles are so big

£2500 for a '95 WRX with that spec,that cant be all its worth can it ?? Anyone else got any ideas on the value of this ?

 

its not worth £2500,but i think he means the chav value/engine problems ?!!?

 

1. 6-7k private, but they seem to be going cheap right now so you'd have to be quite quick.

2. I think you'd be 4-5k but then I don't really keep an eye on the prices of the older ones. I think the owner would more than likely be trying to charge a premium for the mods which shouldn't affect value to much. If it wasn't for the recent rebuild I would say steer clear but overall condition may make it worth it to you.

 

Don't take any notice of pslewis, he's totally paranoid about imports. The APi engine in the car is worth more than he considers the whole car is worth.
