Default free servicing

i bought a new car off hyltons last year thinking it had 3 years free servicing , guess what , oh no it hasn't even though my invoice was in the offer period !! so i phoned subaru uk and they didn't even have on record when the offer dates were !! sp he said contact them , they said contact subaru !! i feel like i've been stiffed !

I think you'll find anyone who buys a new car has been stiffed!

Just wait til you come to sell it.

I wouldnt let it drop mate, if you have it on paper then chase it all the way. Dont let the fat lazy salesman get away with it

that's the trouble , i did argue the fact when i was in the garage but they claimed they had no recollection of when the free service offer dates were ! i mean did nobody in hyltons or subaru uk put the dates down on a computer FFS , all they do is bounce me back and forth , i really feel like saying **** em all and i will go elsewhere to get the next service ! **** hyltons !

If your vehicle has free servicing it should be registered with Subaru Uk, There were various offers on last year regarding free servicing and only on certain models, If memory serves right, written vouchers were given. Is nothing written on your original order form? What model is it?

Trading standards m8,ask for the number for the company that deals with cars etc........ i cant remember the name and ive thrown the number.

My STi PPP delivered March 1st last year qualified for the offer and I was given a cerificate of this when I collected the car along with all the other paperwork.
