what un marked cars do your local bobbys drive
near me mostly around redcar they have silver skoda octavia vrs's.i have seen one scooby i think too. and the obvious volvos. just making conversation!!

Armed response showed up at my house once in a blue Escort Cossie 
Other than that i've seen Volvo T5's, Jag S-types, usual Omegas and a Evo in north wales

Where I live, which comes under the Thames Valley Police, I once saw one in a turquiose Rover 416.
What made it even funnier was that I owned an indentical one at the time, and they were truly awful cars - image wise and performance!

I would say The Traffic Cops around Hereford are very good but general Plods are just "Jobs worth"
If your genuine and not taking the "P" they will just give you a good b****ing
They have even met some of my M8's in scoobs on a way to a Meet, and gave the a Police escort to Ross

Mostly Omegas and Vectras, Which is great because I drive a silver new shape Omega so I stick a high-vis jacket on the parcel shelf and no bugger cuts me up 
The CID guys also have Corsa's and for some reason they are all a vile non-metalic light blue colour?
