Type 25
Having now cleared it with wifey, I'm now ready to buy my next car. The question is what?
The car I'm most intersted in (by the way I've not road tested any cars yet) is the type 25 from Litchfields.
Are there any type 25 owners here that can give me there views.
What I'm really interested to know about is how easy to live with is it?
What are the running costs compared to a standard WRX (which I currently own)
Also what else should I be looking at, EVO FQ340 and M3 spring to mind?
Thanks

The car is really easy to live with. The adjustable suspension means you can change the setup to suit whatever mood/style of driving you want to do. It's a really comfortable ride, and the handling is outstanding.
Insurance for me was reasonable at £650, and running fuel costs depend wholly on how you drive it. With the occasional blat I can easily get 23 m.p.g. - (much) less if I press on the whole time! But hey - who can drive fast the whole time?
With the Type 25 the power and torque are so readily available you can overtake no matter what gear you are in - makes for a lazy drive if thatt's what you're after.
I fully recommend seeing Iain about a test drive - he's got some good roads around there so you'll see what it can do.
I've never even sat in an Evo, so I can't compare.
One very happy T25 owner
