Valve caps

Hello. does anyone have these metal locking valve caps? More to the point how do you get them off?? I've tried a small hex key down the little hole but there's no joy. Any advice??

Sounds like the grub screw has rounded off, mole grips to twist the ****** off job by the looks of it.

Looks like a variation of the anti - chav valve caps . . Brilliant! The future has arrived!

A small screw driver might do the job!
