why is this on jap cars
i have seen a few jap cars with wrong plates.
for instance one had a s plate but on the rac check it said it was manufacted on 31/12/1999 so would that not be a t plate.

the rac site always puts the date of manufacture to 31/12/xxxx, even if it was actually was built on 01/01/xxxx, put a few different cars in and you'll see what I mean
