Default Bluetooth option

Guys,

I'm after bluetooth on my MY05 STI.
Currently looking at bluetooth options via the headunit (new Pioneer, or Kenwood).
But are these any use? would I be better off getting a seperate bluetooth option, like the Subaru approved unit?

Good to hear that some guys are happy with there Parrots. I've got the Parrot 3100 and have had nothing but problems. What type of phones do you use with them. I'm using the Sony Ericsson K750i and have had both my Parrot and K750 software updated without success. Took it back again and there was yet another update for my phone but it wouldn't take it, update kept failing.

I installed a Parrot into a Laguna II at work a couple of weeks ago and I was REALLY impressed with it. Paired it with my Nokia 8800, it leeched all my Phonebook () and I was off. Nice clear speech via the cars speakers and excellent sounds quality when on the phone (They said it was clear at the other end too)...
