Just heard this on radio 2 country wide petrol card might just be worth joining
anything for cheaper juice

I signed up for this a number of weeks ago - nothing to loose really.... Doesnt cost the individual anything & they wont issue any "membership cards" until there are enough members... Sensible really. I get the odd email informing of progress - apparently their up to nearly 400,000 people now but negotiations with the "national petrol retailer" are going slower than hoped.

if its not Shell/ Tesco or at the very least BP, then no-one here (PS Lewis excluded) is going to be interested though

And passed it onto everyone in the office.

I heard it was never going to be 10p/l, probably more like 5p. Also, it will be based on the national average, so for those in remote areas, where petrol is more expensive, it will be worth while , but for those where the price is 5p below the average anyway, it wont make a difference

However, its free, and we wont know untill it gets launched, so lets do it
