Its often the fact that when things go wrong the first thing we do is have a good moan about it..... well in the interest of fairness i think its right to give praise where its due so..
i have amy00 classic which im in the process of upgrading parts,one of which is a 2004 tmic...now whether you agree with them or not,i have a vta valve fitted,and the mounting points on a new age intercooler are different to to the classic,so it wouldnt fit,also on the newage the dumpvalve return pipe is of a different diameter to the classic,so even to fit a standard resurc valve i would need to source the correct newage pipe,several phone calls to local subaru dealers proved frustrating as they were sod all use..... so rang forge to enguire as to wether the valve could be modded to new age fitment..... to my suprise they said they could not be altered to fit the different mounting,but if i sent the valve to them they would send me a newage one back.... and the cost of this? nothing,free of charge as a goodwill gesture....i sent the valve off on wednesday,and this orning a shiney new newage vta valve arrived on my doorstep... i dont want to start a debat on vta valves,thats been done to death,but just to say well done to peter at forge motorsport for great customer service.
ps i didnt even buy the valve brand new,got it second hand off here.....a result

I am a Forge motorsport master dealer and I have to say that Forge give one of the best services available. Always on hand to give advice and thier products are 2nd to none. For my business to survive and grow it helps to know that Forge back me all the way. A top company and a pleasure to work with...

I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Forge. I wanted a V4 STi piston dumpvalve and some silicone pipe. They were extremely helpful on the phone and even threw in some free vac pipe and hose clips.
I know you should expect good service but some companies will deliver just that little bit more!
