whats the difference!

can anyone tell me the difference between a 3"stainlees steel straight through no cats and just a steel 3" straight throough no cats and would it make any difference in performance with just the steel one.

You would have to find out what type of steel it is, but most performance exhausts are stainless steel.

one would rust and pass on power wise but cant see any diffrence apart from losing the heat quicker
