STi foglight covers?

I have a set of STi foglight cover for my MY95 WRX......

How do I fit them?
Do the lights need to come out?
Do they actualy cover the lights?

POC,
If they are genuine STI covers they will fit either with or without the lamps fitted.....you should have a very comprehensive fitting kit with them (lots of brackets etc.)
Imitation covers usually only fit without the lamps fitted.
I looked into this when I bought my covers and wanted to be able to use my lamps easily if needed....so opted for the genuine STI's.
