actually now i look at it you could be right. i think '00 has a hexagonal grill design, not diamond. hmmm....im trying to find a cheap '00 grill i can mess with and put some mesh in rather than butchering the one i have at the moment!!

yeah it should do, i've gone from one of those grills to the later MY99 spec one, so i can't see why you couldn't do the reverse
