I replaced mine a few weeks back. The original speakers are 16cm both front and back. I put in rear replacements that were 17cm (6.5") I had to drill new holes (2 only as that was all that was needed to be secure). Speakers were from www.theloudest.co.uk - very good quality. I put 6.25" JBL speakers in the front doors - they had 2 different sized adaptor plates with them which is well handy. I was able to use the stock speaker mounts with those. Perfect fit - and sound
