Where can I get this air filter adapter?

Does anybody know where I can buy one of these adapters?
(Arrow pointing to it in pic)
I've seen the same sort of adapter on various engines with different air filters on the end.

That looks like a resonator box replacement pipe. MRT do a steel one in powder coated black, and I think the K&N 57i kits come with a plastic one.
