will these fit?

The rears are not straight forward. I haven't been able to find a coversion kit as yet (probably because there isn't one).
R180 rear end would appear to be the only option which involves rear diff, drive shafts and hub assembly off of a later someting like a type R or new age STI. Your car will have R160 hubs, I believe, which have 170mm handbrake drums whereas the Brembo'd cars have 190mm hand brake drums.
I've found a couple of kits in the US but they are for the new age WRXs with 170mm rear drums and I think the caliper mounting points are different from the classics. One kit includes discs and a bracket to relocate the brembo caliper http://www.twrracing.com/. The other kit uses inserts that you put in the original disc to bring the internal diameter down to 170mm http://www.godspeedinc.com/.
One alternative would be to check out Dyney's brackets, which you can find on the group buys. The brackets allow you to use new age WRX 01> rear subaru 2 pots and discs. Or you could keep your rear sliders and just get some better discs and pads.
Cheers
