'just found out its fitted with a 22b block' lol is that guy taking the **** or what...next he'll be saying he just found out the car is red....top of the range weirdo..

Not being smart but how do you know previous owner didn't stumble across one. I've heard weirder. Sure it would have EJ22 and engine number on block. It wouldn't be hard to trace to see if this is true!!

It has a chargecooler in the normal Impreza location.

So its liquid cooled intercooler rather then air. Short blocks and engines are same otherwise. So a 22b short block would fit as easily as any other impreza one.

IMHO, it's a nice looking car actually

Questionable seller (on the basis that he (by his own admission) knows nothing about the car)

I've seen worse looking examples......

I didn't think you were allowed to sell cars withoiut a valid MOT these days..??

I reckon the £650 bid could turn out to be at least what it's going to cost to get the car throuhg the MOT, let alone to buy it !
