Default Seat air bag wiring

I've just changed the drivers seat in our new Forester to a an WRX one. On this seat they didn't disconnect the air bag wires, just cut them and I'm left with two yellow wires in the plastic protective tube. Nether wire has any identifying marks or stripes. Does anyone know if they just make a continuous circuit and so it doesn't matter which wire is connected or is one the check circuit and one the firing circuit. Reason I ask is that the airbag warning light is on so it recognises that the bag is disconnected. To do this it must either use a low amp test current or be seperate circuits.

Thanks Obi
