Default applied model code type r

can eny one tell me the difference between theses two cars

wrx type r sti 5 2 door
wrx type r sti 5 v-limited 2 door

they both seem to have the same applied model code
wich i have just looked at on sidc
the code is gc8f 2dd and the year is my 99

The differences are (I think!)....

The V-Limited has a taller top gear (theortical maximum is 170-ish instead of the normal 156mph), quicker steering rack, and a roof vent. It can get a bit confusing as the first 2 could be choosen as options on the std Type R
