Question Legacy B4 / GTB - Tiptronic or manual?
Has anybody owned or driven one of these. What's the better gearbox to go for? I've never tried a Tiptronic but I presume it would need to change up/down quickly, and produce a smooth change too. Paddle shift is a nice feature but the novelty could soon wear off. And it would be nice for it to blip the throttle on the downchange (a la Aston Martin) but I suppose that's asking a bit much!

Ask the guys over on www.uklegacy.com Some of them have them and one of them has an auto that he's just had mapped and it now produces 330bhp

I have an auto Legacy GT with sportshift, but I live in Tokyo and manual is just too much hassle.
