I had the rear arches rolled on my old golf VR6 by a mobile fella, he charged me £80. He used a heat gun to make sure he didn't crack the paint and he didn't

I'm afraid i don't have any contact for him but you might be worth looking in max power or the like (i know, i know ) for other people offering this service.

The more you pay, the better. One of my very first cars, I gad done by RTec, I cannot quite remember if it was £40 or £80 labour (Probabally the latter, £40 each side), and the job they done wasn't to impressive. Maybe they do so many, they get fed up and do a crap job, but thats not really the attitude.

Conrad can do it. Go to David Wallis' project thread and look through that, details are there.
He fits a former to the wheel hub and strikes a radius off that and progressivly turns the edge. No cracked paint he says!

In West Yorkshire give Storm Motorsport a call. They have done loads and have it done to their own Demo subaru. They charge approx £50-£60 per arch but it is a top job with no Cracks.

See WWW.Stormmotorsport.co.uk and look at the subaru gallery section.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'm down in Portsmouth - so will have to check out local bodyshops. But at least i now have an idea of what I should be paying.

Cheers
