can someone tell how to add a pic without it being in the form of an attachment thanks

 

use imageshack.us then when u click upload you have options once it is uploaded copy and paste the link that says hot link for forums 1 that way it shows up without any links!hope that helps

You need somewhere to host the picture online, such as www.photobucket.com
Go there, set up a free account, and follow the easy instructions to upload you pictures to their server.

To get a picture to display in a post on here you need to use HTML tags, a small piece of code that tells a browser to tootle off and find the relevant pic.
This is not as complicated as it sounds, as Photobucket generates these tags for you. Once you have uploaded your picture it will be shown as a thumbnail with three boxes below it, the bottom one of these is the one you're interested in. Simply click it once to highlight the text, right click, select 'copy' and then paste the text into your post.

As above or set up an account at www.showoffyourcar.com make an album of your car or whatever then all you do is right click on your photo (that you want to post) and press copy shortcut then past it on here like this
