well ur right - spex are the average speed over distance cameras, so prob just a normal 'b@stard' point and click cam.

BTW : do they offer any leeway for overtaking on a motorway because sometimes you need to speed a little bit to get out of harms - way dont you !

I think it is probably 'just' a normal mobile camera van - one sits on the A217 quite regularly .... I am sure he gets many victims.

When bored he is known to visit Boxhill on the Mickleham Bends as you go towards the Texaco petrol station !

I went past this van today - it was parked on a slip road catching traffic coming from Burgh Heath and Kingswood towards the mad mile / Sutton .....

It is definitely one of Surrey's mobile speed camera Vans. Beware!

saw it today on the bends at A24 today, targetting people coming up from the Dorking A25 roundabout !!
