which sports cat should i get, i need it to pass MOT though,
and should i remove which standard cat from where in the exhaust ?

there's a good hayward and scott group buy on at the moment. they have 2 options of sports cats. one in the down pipe and one in the centre pipe as per standard system but you still get some of the power gains.

For Newage the prodrive ones for the downpipe come up regularly second hand and are a good option imo..
