Engine check codes?

Engine check codes?
Can someone can help.
I drove my car up to a mates house and when leaving I went to start the car and it fired on very low revs and cut out. I tried to re-start it and it fired ever so slightly and died. It was late so I couldnt really have a good look last night. Ive checked it out today and it wont even fire at all its just turning over
Ive done the engine check and it comes up with 4 steady flashes followed by 5 really fast flashes. I went to check these code on Dereks site but its down now so I cant check them.
Is there a source I can check these codes? The car is a MY95 with a scoobyECU remap.

I got a code 33 - Vehicle Speed Sensor, the car drive perfectly until the CEL comes on and cuts the throttle at 4500rpm. I then reset the ECU, until it comes up again. Is teh speed sensor expensive to replace?
