New user log in problem!

Hello guys,

new to this site and having difficulty posting a thread in the cars for sale section, do I have to post a certain number of threads before I can access that facility or am I just doing it wrong? I've got an 03 03 STi Type UK to sell quickly at a fantastic price so am eager to get it posted.
