Default Do cold air induction kits make any difference?

I had one fitted yesterday. It was the only modification done. I'm not allowed to post attachments apparently so you'll need to click on the link to see the before and after dyno plot.

about 10*10 bhp/torque gain low down and much less tailing off at the top end.

I fitted a piece of 90mm hose into the wing (still using the OE airbox) and found that there was much more pull further up the rev range. Cost less than £20

Im not a fan but on higher tuning they do apparently help, from what I read.
