Competition grade clutches can usually hold more revs just at biting point without burning out which enables you to do fly-off handbrake type starts without clutch judder and generally just take more hammer. They usually arent much good for crawling along in traffic tho. Quite a good question tho - and I may be wrong, maybe someone has one fitted ?
