Default WRX PPP woes

After getting my WRX PPP'd last week the car started stalling so it went back into the garage today.

Alas there were no faults reported in the ECU and all the sensors are working fine. So after taking one of the mechs for a drive to demonstrate the problem the only thing they could do was put the old ECU back in and send off for another .

It's surprising how sluggish the car feels going back to the old chip, especially low down in the rev range, but at least I can stop now without stalling and it does sound sweet .

At Least u know its the ECU, I would be asking for compensation considering other dealers will supply and fit ppp for 600 quid less!!
